A responder is anyone Transmit can page: on a rotation or an override, or named in an escalation step. Everyone else in your organization is free. Plans limit what you can add, never what pages: alerts, escalation and paging always run.
Import your setup from a live Opsgenie account and your organization gets Team free until 5 April 2027, the day Opsgenie stops, or for 90 days from your import if that is later. After that, your first paid year is $100 per responder.
One offer per organization and one per Opsgenie account. The import checks who your schedules have on call against what Opsgenie says, before you switch.
Anyone Transmit can page: someone on a schedule's rotation or an override, or named directly in an escalation policy step. Owners and admins who are not on call are free, however many you have.
What happens when a team grows or shrinks?
Monthly plans are billed for the most responders you had that month. Annual plans buy seats for the year: adding people is charged for the rest of the year, and fewer people take effect at renewal.
What if we go over a limit, or a payment fails?
Paging never stops. You keep everything you have and it keeps paging; you just cannot add more until you upgrade, remove some, or the payment goes through. The dashboard says which limit and why.
Do we need a card to start?
No. Free needs no card, and the Opsgenie offer starts without one.
